Alliance Athletics Technical Training 

Join us for our latest weeknight training option. This program will be a hybrid of our more specialized sessions and cover a wider range of skills. The program is open to players from all clubs. All specific information about the program is listed below. If you cannot make all sessions you can contact us to schedule specific dates that work for you at a pro rated amount. Thank you!!

Each week players will work with our experienced coaches on both technical and tactical aspects of their game. Sessions will be geared towards all skill levels while maintain a standard of high intensity associated with all of our current offerings. The main topics covered will be ball mastery, confidence in and out of possession, combination play, passing and receiving technique, small sided games as well as strength and conditioning. This will be a perfect tune up for players looking to get prepped for their spring programs.
