This program is designed for intermediate to advanced players. Coaches will train the group to the ability of the strongest players. Regardless of ability, players are asked to come prepared to work hard for the duration of the session. The curriculum is built around high pressure, game speed training with the goal of pushing players out of their comfort zones. The emphasis will be on individual ball control, skill moves as well as passing and receiving techniques. Players will be encouraged to display creative play and make mistakes. If players can master their skills in tighter spaces and at faster speeds, they will increase their confidence tremendously. Players from all Clubs are welcome.
