Meet Your Coach!

Lauren Azzaro is a NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) Certified Coach as well as a USSF C Licensed Soccer Trainer. She is combining her expertise of strength training with her love of soccer to help develop high level athletes.

Description for Beginner- Intermediate Classes: (Age Recommendations 9-12)

This program is designed for athletes who are looking to begin their journey in strength and agility training and elevate their game to the next level. All athletes will receive a free 30 minute evaluation where we will discuss personal goals and perform a baseline fitness evaluation to build a personalized training program. This will be a 6 week program available from 4/22- 6/10. Each Training session will be 1 hour. Please note Evals are not included in the 6 week program dates and will be scheduled after sign up! Description For Advanced Classes: (Age Recommendations 12 & up)


This program is designed for athletes who may be familiar with strength and conditioning training but are looking to elevate their sessions, receive personalized programs and reach their peak performance. All athletes will receive a free 30 minute evaluation where we will discuss personal goals and perform a baseline fitness evaluation to build a personalized training program from. This will be a 6 week program available from 4/22- 6/10. Each Training session will be 1 hour. Please note Evals are not included in the 4 week program dates and will be scheduled after sign up!
