We are proud to unleash our newest one of a kind hybrid training program. These sessions are designed for the more serious athlete looking to maximize their time and their potential. While other players are sleeping our players will be taking their development into their own hands. Our morning hybrid sessions offer players the flexibility to choose a date and time that works for them. Committing to a schedule and putting in the work is a foundation on successful players and people.


These sessions will be led by Head GK and Strength & Conditioning Coach, David Lawerence and Owner/Director of Alliance Athletics, Mike Branker. Both have been training youth athletes to be more explosive, physical and efficient movers for over a decade each. Both bring a wealth of knowledge and experience and are able to cater to the needs of all players. With this combination of experience and passion we can guarantee an environment unlike any other.


Our 12 week program will be tailored to the intermediate/advanced youth soccer player ready to take the next step. This program requires a monthly commitment of 2 sessions a week. Players will participate in one Speed, Strength and Agility (SSA) session and one Ball Mastery session each week and 8 total sessions per month.


SSA will be individualized sessions with no more than 8 players per group. Coaches want to focus on each players form and inconsistencies and provide feedback in real time.  Our 4 week and 12 week SSA curriculums are pulled and adapted from our current curriculums below:


  • 8 Week Foundational Movement Curriculum

  • 8 Week Explosive Movement Curriculum

  • 8 Week Soccer Specific Speed Training

  • 8 Week Soccer Specific Strength Training

The Ball mastery portion of the program is meant to compliment the SSA sessions in a way that creates a more fluid and aggressive player on the ball. We will work on being more efficient with our decisions and movements. We will work on building a strong foundation that players can rely on when the game gets overwhelming. Players will be pushed to maintain a high standard of intensity that is needed to truly uncover your greatness.  The focus of each week's ball mastery session will be pulled from our current curriculums below:


  • Awareness + Decision Making (4 Weeks)

  • Identifying and Dominating Pressure (4 Weeks)

  • Taking Control of 1v1 Opportunities (4 Weeks)

  • Building Confidence + Creativity (4 Weeks)


We understand the need to be flexible and targeted towards each player's needs and development which is why each player will receive a comprehensive PDP (Player Development Plan). The purpose of the PDP is to give players the tools to be self aware, identify their strengths and weaknesses and take control of those realities.


Cost:

$310 per month (8 Sessions: 2 Field / 2 Gym sessions per week)

$850 per 3 month block (24 total sessions)

*Players will receive one free reschedule and one free drop in per month as part of their membership
