Winter Speed/Strength/Agility Fitness
Players from all sports and all levels are welcomed to join our speed, strength, and agility program. These programs are led by certified youth fitness instructors with a wealth of age-appropriate training techniques for all players. Players will learn exercises and skills to help them succeed in their specific sport in a safe and fun environment. The program will follow a 6-week curriculum that addresses each player's individual needs as well as those of the group. The focus of the program is to improve each player’s speed over short distances, running technique, single leg explosiveness, balance, efficient body control, upper/lower body strength, lateral movements, and increased ability to react to changing stimuli during high pressure in game moments. Players from all clubs are welcome.
